If you believe your level of service was unsatisfactory, or your privacy rights have been violated, you may submit your complaint in writing to the Brown Transportation Service- Privacy Officer. For questions, you may contact the Brown Transportation Service-Privacy Officer at our main office @ (989) 615-3205. You have the right to file a complaint with your insurance provider as well with the Michigan Department of Transportation.
