  1. Our policy is  no smoking, no eating, and no drinking inside of the vehicles. This helps protect you, as well as the next passenger

  2. All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

  3, Missed Appointment Policy- Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged to the passenger or the requesting insurance provider. Appointments should be cancelled 12 hours prior to the scheduled trip.

Brown Transportation Service understands that your medical information is private and confidential.   • Any individually identifiable information that we obtain from you or others that relates to your past, present or future physical or mental health.
  • The health care you have received
  • Payment for your health care services

  

 6.   Seat Belts- All adults are requested to wear seat belts while traveling.(Front or back seat)

 7.   Car Seats for Children and Booster Seats- All children under 4’9” tall and under the age of 8 years old must be   seated in a car seat or a booster seat while traveling. All child seats are the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian. (State Law)
